Backlinks

Monitor your backlink profile and domain authority.

Backlinks are links from other websites to yours, one of the strongest signals search engines use to judge how trustworthy and authoritative your site is.

The Backlinks screen

The Backlinks screen in Grandranker currently shows Coming Soon. Backlink tracking and analysis is under development.

The screen at Backlinks in the app sidebar is reserved for backlink monitoring: following the links pointing at your domain and how your authority develops over time.

You don't have to wait for the monitoring screen to work on your link profile:

  • Directory Submissions: Grandranker's add-on that gets your business listed in curated directories. Listings are chosen to match your business profile and country.
  • Publish content worth linking to: the Content Engine exists to produce useful, specific articles. Pages that answer real questions attract links on their own over time. Thin pages don't.
  • Watch the effect in your existing analytics: authority gains show up as broader keyword coverage and better average positions. The Analytics page and Rank Tracking are where that movement becomes visible.
