Your business profile
After payment your purchase appears under Your Purchases with a Fill Details button. Our team builds your listings from this form, so completeness matters. It covers:
- Basic Information — tagline (~120 characters), short description (200-300), long description (500-1,000).
- Category & Market — primary and secondary categories, industry, pricing model.
- Product Details — format, stage, starting price, up to 5 product images (JPG/PNG/WebP, max 5MB each), a cover image, and an optional demo video (MP4/MOV/WebM, max 40MB).
- Contact & Location — used to register and verify your business on directories.
- Company & Founder and Social Profiles.
Save Draft to come back later, or Submit when done. You can still Edit Details afterwards.
Licensed healthcare practice? The form includes a Licensing & Credentials section for your legal entity name, NPI, license numbers, and one row per clinician. Directories like Psychology Today, GoodTherapy, and TherapyDen verify these against state boards before approving a profile. Without them your listings stall.

Watch your listings go live on the Listings screen in the Local SEO menu (under More): every directory with its status and a live link to each profile as it publishes. You also get a shareable report page at a public, tokenized URL — no login needed — to forward to anyone.
Our team can't start until your profile is submitted. If your fulfillment status sits at Pending, check that you've clicked Submit on the details form.
