Directory Submissions is a done-for-you service: Grandranker's team manually submits your business to hand-picked, high-authority directories. Each listing is a backlink and a citation. These are the third-party signals that Google and AI search engines (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini) use to verify that your product exists, what it does, and who's behind it. You fill in your business profile once; we handle every submission and report back with live links.

Directory Submissions is a one-time payment, not a subscription. Three packages are available:

Starter List: covers medium-DR free directories, a fit for early-stage founders testing the waters.
Pro List: adds high-DR free and paid directories plus featured placement on top directories.

Filling in your business profile

After payment, your purchase appears under Your Purchases with a Fill Details button. The form is what our team uses to create your listings, so the more complete it is, the better your profiles look. It covers:

Basic Information: tagline (~120 characters), short description (200-300 characters), and long description (500-1,000 characters).
Category & Market: primary category, secondary categories, industry, and pricing model.
Product Details: product format, stage, starting price, plus uploads: up to 5 product images (JPG, PNG, or WebP, max 5MB each), one cover image, and an optional demo video (MP4, MOV, or WebM, max 40MB).
Contact & Location: business email, phone, and address, used to register and verify your business on directories.
Company & Founder: founding year, company size, and founder names.
Social Profiles: Twitter/X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok links.

You can Save Draft at any point and come back later, or Submit when everything is filled in. After submitting you can still click Edit Details to update your profile.

Licensed healthcare practice? The form includes a Licensing & Credentials section for your legal entity name, NPI, license numbers, and one row per clinician. Directories like Psychology Today, GoodTherapy, and TherapyDen verify these against state boards before approving a profile. Without them your listings stall.

Tracking progress

Each purchase shows two statuses:

Your Profile: Draft until you submit the business details form, then Submitted.
Our Progress: Pending when the order is queued, In Progress while our team is working through your directory list, and Completed when done.

When your listings are published, you receive a shareable report page listing every directory we submitted to, with live links to your published profiles. The report is a public, tokenized URL with no login needed.

Our team can't start until your profile is submitted. If your fulfillment status sits at Pending, check that you've clicked Submit on the details form.

FAQ

Is this a subscription?

No. You can buy additional packages later if you want more coverage.

Do you submit automatically with bots?

No. Every submission is done manually by our team, following each directory's own submission process. That's why fulfillment takes days rather than minutes, and why the listings actually get approved.

Which directories will my business be listed in?

The list is curated per business based on your category, industry, and market from your profile. The final report shows exactly which directories were used, with a live link for each.
