Agency Mode

Agency Mode lets you run every client from one Grandranker login. Each client is a separate organization with fully isolated data, and you switch between them without logging in and out. It's an add-on on top of your existing Pro subscription.

Enabling Agency Mode

1. Make sure your organization has an active subscription.
2. Go to https://app.grandranker.com/agency and click Subscribe to Agency ($49/month, added to your existing plan, cancel anytime).
3. After checkout you'll see "Agency Mode Activated". Click Go to Agency Dashboard.

Once active, Agency Dashboard appears in your user menu (visible to owners and admins).

The Agency Dashboard

The dashboard at /agency shows all client organizations in one place:

• Overview: aggregate tiles across all clients (Avg Rank, AI Visibility, Articles, Keywords) with rank and AI visibility trend charts. Switch the window between 7d, 30d, or 90d.
• Clients table: every client with its domains, plan and status. Click a row to expand per-client analytics (mini tiles, rank trend, and top movers).
• Add Client: create a new client organization (see below).

Adding clients

There are two ways to attach a client organization, depending on who pays:

You create the client (agency pays)

1. Click Add Client on the Agency Dashboard.
2. Choose the Product: Content Planner (blog content, keywords and ranking growth) or Local SEO (Google Business Profile, maps rankings and reviews).
3. Enter the Client name and pick a billing cadence: yearly at $24/month, every 6 months at $34/month, or monthly at $49/month. Coupon codes are supported.
4. Click Continue to checkout. The subscription is charged to your agency's payment method.

After checkout you're dropped straight into the new client's onboarding to set up their first website.

The client invites you (client keeps paying)

If a client already has their own Grandranker subscription, they can grant your agency access without changing who pays:

1. The client opens https://app.grandranker.com/settings/agency-access, enters your agency contact's email and clicks Send Invitation.
2. You receive an "Agency access request" email. Click Accept & Connect.
3. The client appears in your dashboard; their billing stays theirs.

The client stays in control: their Agency Access page shows "Managed by {your agency}" and they can click Revoke Access at any time.

Working inside a client

Click Manage on any client row to switch into their organization. While managing a client:

• A persistent banner shows "Managing client: {name}" at all times, so you always know whose data you're in.
• You see and edit exactly what that client's team sees: their websites, keywords, planner, and integrations.
• Click ← Back to Agency in the banner to return to your own organization.

Removing a client

• For agency-billed clients, the row's Cancel action cancels their subscription and disconnects the organization.
• For client-billed connections, either side can disconnect. You can do it from the dashboard, or the client can use Revoke Access on their Agency Access page.

Sharing results with clients

Use Client Reports to give each client a live, shareable ranking report link without requiring them to log into Grandranker.
