Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when GrandRanker ("we," "our," or "us") issues refunds for its subscription service (the "Service"). It works alongside our 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee and our Terms of Service. By subscribing to GrandRanker, you agree to the terms below.

1. Overview

GrandRanker is a subscription software service. When you subscribe, you get immediate access to the platform and its outputs β€” keyword research, AI-written content, on-page optimization, and publishing. Because that value is delivered continuously and consumes real computational and operational resources from day one, our general position is that subscription fees are non-refundable, except as expressly set out in this policy.

2. General position

Outside the 14-day window described in Section 3, subscription fees are non-refundable. In particular, we do not provide refunds for:

  • Unused time remaining in a billing period after you cancel.
  • Portions of the Service you chose not to use.
  • Dissatisfaction with subjective results, including search-ranking, traffic, or SEO performance, which depend on many factors outside our control.
  • Renewal charges you forgot to cancel before the renewal date.

This does not affect your statutory rights (see Section 4).

3. When we will refund you

A refund is available in these situations:

  • 14-Day Money-Back Guarantee. First-time subscribers who request a refund within 14 days of their first payment receive a full refund of that first billing period, subject to the fair-use terms in the Money-Back Guarantee. After day 14, this guarantee no longer applies.
  • Billing errors. Duplicate charges, an incorrect amount, or a charge after a confirmed cancellation are corrected regardless of the 14-day window.
  • Unauthorized charges. Charges you can show were not authorized by you or the account holder.
  • Extended service failure. A prolonged, verified outage that made the core Service unusable and that we were unable to resolve within a reasonable time.

After 14 days. Once the 14-day guarantee period has passed, past payments are non-refundable except for the billing-error, unauthorized-charge, and extended-failure cases above. To avoid future charges, cancel before your next renewal date (see Section 5).

4. Consumer rights (EU / UK / US)

Nothing in this policy removes rights you have under mandatory consumer-protection law in your country.

  • EU / EEA: Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts under the Consumer Rights Directive. Our Money-Back Guarantee matches or exceeds that period. Where you ask us to begin providing the Service immediately during the withdrawal period, applicable law may adjust the amount refundable for what you have already used.
  • UK: Consumers have equivalent 14-day cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
  • US: Refunds are governed by this policy and any non-waivable rights under your state law.

Where the law gives you more than this policy, the law applies.

5. Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not by itself trigger a refund of amounts already paid.

When you cancel, your subscription stays active until the end of the current paid billing period, and then does not renew. You keep access until that date.

6. How to request a refund

Email [email protected] with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address on your account. We reply within one business day. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method and typically arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

7. Chargebacks and payment disputes

If you believe a charge is wrong, please contact us first β€” most issues are resolved within one business day, and where a refund is due under this policy we issue it directly.

Filing a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer (for example, through Stripe) instead of contacting us is treated as a breach of these terms where a valid refund was available under this policy. By subscribing, you acknowledge that:

  • A subscription charge made in accordance with our Terms and this policy β€” including any charge falling outside the 14-day guarantee window β€” is a valid, authorized charge for services rendered.
  • We keep records of your account, including sign-up, acceptance of these terms, login and usage activity, and outputs generated, and we will submit that evidence to the card network to challenge and dispute any chargeback we believe is unwarranted.
  • Opening a dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account, loss of access to your data, and refusal of future subscriptions.
  • Where a chargeback is filed for a charge that was valid under this policy, you remain responsible for the disputed amount together with any fees the card network or payment processor charges us as a result.

None of the above limits any genuine right you have to dispute a truly unauthorized or fraudulent charge.

8. Currency and fees

Refunds are issued in the original currency of your payment for the amount you paid us. We are not responsible for currency-conversion differences, exchange-rate movements, or fees applied by your bank or card provider that are outside our control.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. The version in effect at the time of your payment governs that payment.
