Reviews
Reviews sync from Google daily. The page opens on reviews that still need a reply, lowest rating first, twenty to a page; switch to All reviews for everything. Each shows reviewer name, rating, comment and reply status.
Replying: open a review, click suggest-reply — Grandranker drafts one matched to the rating and your brand voice. Edit or rewrite, then send; it posts directly to Google.
Draft replies for all drafts every reply on the page in one go - no two read the same, and four- and five-star replies stay short. Nothing posts until you send it.
Insights: an AI summary of what customers say, plus sentiment (positive, mixed, negative). Needs written comments — ratings-only reviews can't be analyzed.
Collecting reviews: a "leave us a review" link and QR code per location — copy the link for emails/texts/invoices, or download the QR for receipts and counters.
Reply rate, review velocity and responses to negative reviews all feed your Profile health score.
Posts
GBP posts keep your listing active — frequency and recency count toward your Profile health score.
Types: Update (standard), Event (title + start/end dates), Offer (title, optional coupon code and redeem link).
Each post: a summary (up to 1,500 characters), optional image, optional CTA button (Learn More, Book, Order, Shop, Sign Up or Call — all but Call take a URL).
Writing with AI: generate from a prompt (brand voice, within the character limit, no hashtags), pick a suggested topic, or turn a published article into a post that links back to it. You can also generate or upload an image.
Publishing: publish now or schedule a date/time — scheduled posts go out automatically. Drafts and scheduled posts can be edited; published or mid-publish ones can't.

Do replies and posts show up on Google right away?
Replies post directly. Posts go out on publish or at their scheduled time; Google may take a moment to display them.
Why don't I see any reviews?
They arrive with the daily sync after connecting. Trigger a manual sync or check back later.
Can I manage reviews for multiple locations?
Yes — reviews and posts are per location, via the profile switcher.
