Local SEO

Reviews & Posts

Manage reviews and publish Google Business Profile posts.

Reviews and regular posts are two of the strongest local ranking signals you control directly. With your Google Business Profile connected, Grandranker gives you both in one place: the Reviews and Posts pages under Local SEO.

Google reviews and replies inside Local SEO

Reviews

Grandranker syncs your Google reviews automatically every day. The Reviews page shows each review with the reviewer's name, star rating, comment and your reply status.

Replying to reviews

You can reply straight from Grandranker without opening Google:

  1. Open a review and click the suggest-reply action. Grandranker drafts a reply matched to the review's rating (positive, neutral or negative) and your brand voice: concise, warm, never defensive.
  2. Edit the draft however you like, or write your own from scratch.
  3. Send it. The reply is posted to Google on your listing.

Review insights

Grandranker analyzes your reviews with AI and summarizes what customers actually say: an overall summary plus a sentiment read (positive, mixed or negative). Insights need reviews with written comments. Ratings-only reviews can't be analyzed.

Collecting new reviews

The review request tool gives you a direct "leave us a review" link and a QR code for your location:

  • Copy the link to send in emails, texts or invoices.
  • Download QR as PNG and put it on receipts, counters or table cards.

Reply rate, review velocity and responses to negative reviews all feed your Maps optimization score.

Posts

Google Business Profile posts keep your listing active, and posting frequency and recency count toward your optimization score. The Posts page lets you write, generate, schedule and publish posts without leaving Grandranker.

Post types

  • Update: a standard post about anything (news, tips, seasonal notes).
  • Event: includes an event title and start/end dates.
  • Offer: includes an offer title, and optionally a coupon code and redeem link.

Each post has a summary (up to 1,500 characters), an optional image, and an optional call-to-action button: Learn More, Book, Order, Shop, Sign Up or Call. All CTA types except Call take a URL.

Writing posts with AI

Three ways to fill a post fast:

  • Generate from a prompt: describe what the post is about and Grandranker writes it in your brand voice, sized for GBP (never over the 1,500-character limit, no hashtags).
  • Suggested topics: Grandranker proposes post topics for your location so you can pick one and publish in seconds.
  • Turn an article into a post: pick one of your published Grandranker articles and it's condensed into a GBP post that links back to it.

You can also generate or upload an image for the post.

Publishing and scheduling

  • Publish immediately, or set a schedule date and time. Scheduled posts are picked up and published automatically every few minutes once their time arrives.
  • Draft and scheduled posts can be edited. Posts that are already published (or mid-publish) can't be. You'll see "Published or publishing posts cannot be edited."

FAQ

Do replies and posts show up on Google right away?

Replies post directly to your listing. Posts go out immediately on publish (or at their scheduled time); Google may take a short while to display them.

Why don't I see any reviews?

Reviews arrive with the daily sync after you connect your profile. If the page is empty right after connecting, trigger a manual sync from the Profile page or check back later.

Can I manage reviews for multiple locations?

Yes. Reviews and posts are per location. Use the profile switcher to move between your active locations.
