Account Settings

Grandranker separates Account Settings (your personal profile and preferences, at https://app.grandranker.com/settings/profile) from the workspace Settings menu (business profile, integrations, domains and team shared by your whole organization). Article Settings is a separate main-sidebar destination beside Content Calendar so the controls for writing, branding and publishing stay close to the content workflow.

Profile

Settings → Profile shows one card, Profile information, where you update your Name and Email address, then click Save.

• Changing your email marks it unverified. You'll see "Your email address is unverified" with a link to resend the verification email.
• Signing in works via magic link (we email you a sign-in link), password, or Google.

Appearance

Settings → Appearance switches the app theme between Light, Dark and System. The choice is saved per browser and applies immediately.

API Tokens

Settings → API Tokens is where you create and revoke tokens for the REST API and MCP. See the REST API & Tokens page for full details.

Workspace settings

The Settings navigation in the app groups everything your organization shares. What you see depends on your role. See Team & Roles:

• General Settings (/general-settings, admins and owners)
• Integrations: CMS connections. See the Integrations overview.
• Domains: your websites. See Domains & Websites.
• Team Members: invitations and roles.

General Settings

This is the business profile that grounds your generated content:

• Business Details: Business Name, Website URL, Industry, Language, Country and a Business Description. The Language and Country here control content generation, not the app UI.
• Audience & Competitors: Target Audiences, Competitors and Pain Points. Add at least two audiences and two pain points; the more specific they are, the more relevant your articles.
• Product Catalog: a toggle that enables e-commerce features so articles can reference your products. See E-commerce Product Sync.

At the bottom of General Settings is the danger zone: deleting a website permanently removes it and all associated keywords, articles and analytics. This cannot be undone.

Email notifications

Notification preferences live where they apply. The main one: in Article Settings → Publishing, the Email notifications toggle sends you an email whenever a new article is generated. The same section holds the Auto-publish and Show branding toggles.

FAQ

How do I change my password?

Grandranker signs you in with a magic link sent to your email, or with Google. If you use a password and need it changed, contact support and we'll help.

Can I change the interface language?

No, that field controls content language only. For multi-language content, see Languages.

Who can edit workspace settings?

General Settings, Integrations and Domains require an admin or owner role. Members can manage keywords and articles but not workspace configuration.
