Running a check
The checker asks for three things:
- Brand Name: e.g. "Acme Inc". This is the name the checker looks for in AI answers.
- Website URL: e.g.
https://acme.com, used to detect citations of your site. - Industry: pick from the list so the check uses a realistic question for your market.
The check builds an industry-relevant query and asks five AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Google AIO, Claude, and Gemini), then shows you, per platform, whether your brand was mentioned.
Reading your results
The first view is a teaser: a mentioned / not mentioned verdict for each platform. To see the full report (sentiment analysis, share of voice, competitor data, and recommendations), enter your email and click Unlock. The full details expand in place for each platform.
Every check also gets a shareable link you can copy and send to a colleague or client. The shared page shows the brand, industry, and per-platform results without requiring the viewer to run anything.
Checks are rate-limited to 3 per IP address per day. If you hit the limit, the checker tells you and you can try again the next day.
What the result actually means
A "not mentioned" result doesn't mean AI dislikes your brand. It usually means AI doesn't have enough parseable information to include you. AI assistants build recommendations from structured data, reviews, comparison content, and pages that directly answer questions. If your site is thin on those, the model recommends competitors it can verify instead. You can rank #1 on Google and still be absent from AI answers because the two systems select sources differently.

Why do my results differ between platforms?
Each AI platform pulls data differently. Some search the live web, others answer from training data. Varying results are normal, and they're why per-platform tracking matters.
