Client Reports
White-label reports you can send to clients.
Client Reports turn your rank tracking data into a live, client-facing report you share with a single link. There are no PDF exports, no screenshots, and no client login. You create a report once, send the URL, and your client always sees current data under their own business name.

Reports are built from the same snapshot history as Rank Tracking, so what your client sees always matches what you see in the app.
Creating a report
On the Client Reports page, fill in the Create shareable report form:
- Title (optional): e.g. "Monthly ranking overview". If you leave it empty, the report is titled with the client's business name.
- Default range: Last 7, 30 or 90 days. This is the range the report opens with. The viewer can switch ranges themselves.
- Click Create report, then Copy link and send it to your client.
Each report row in the table shows its range, status (Active or Revoked), creation date, and Last viewed (useful for agencies). This shows you whether the client actually opened it.
What the client sees
The shared link opens a public report page showing, for the selected date range:
- Header: the business name and website, a date-range toggle (7 / 30 / 90 days) and the date the data was last updated.
- Scorecard: tracked keywords, top-3 and top-10 counts, improved and declined keywords, average position, and a visibility score (the percentage of tracked keywords ranking in the top 10).
- Trend chart: average position per day across the range.
- Position distribution: keywords grouped into top 3, top 10, top 100 and unranked.
- Top movers: the biggest gainers and losers.
- Keyword table: every tracked keyword with its position history over the range.
- Local results: for local businesses, local pack rankings and geogrid maps per focus keyword (see Geogrid Rankings).
The page is marked noindex, so search engines won't index your client's report.
The link itself is the only credential. Anyone with the URL can view the report, and only that one domain's data. Treat the link like you would any shared document.
Revoking a report
Click Revoke on a report row to kill its link immediately. The URL stops working and shows nothing. Revoking one report doesn't affect others, and you can create a new link for the same client at any time. Use this when an engagement ends or a link was forwarded further than intended.
FAQ
Does the report update automatically?
Yes. It's live data, not a snapshot. Every visit shows the latest rank tracking numbers. "Data as of" reflects the most recent daily snapshot.
Can I create more than one report per client?
Yes. Reports are per website, and you can hold several active links for the same site. For example, you might create one per stakeholder, each revocable independently.
The report looks empty. Why?
The report is built from tracked keywords. If Rank Tracking has no tracked keywords or no snapshots yet for that website, there's nothing to show. Set up tracking first. Then share the link.
Do my clients need a Grandranker account?
No.
I manage multiple client sites. Where do reports fit?
Each website has its own Client Reports page and its own links. If you run many clients under one account, see Agency Mode.
