1. Who this covers
The guarantee applies when all of the following are true:
- You are a first-time subscriber to GrandRanker.
- You request your refund within 14 days of your first payment.
- Your account is in good standing and has not previously been refunded.
- The account is not part of a duplicate-account or other abuse pattern (see Section 4).
This is a one-time offer per customer. If you cancel, get refunded, and later subscribe again, that new subscription is covered by our standard refund terms rather than this guarantee.
2. What you get back
We refund the full amount of your first billing period — whether you are on a monthly or annual plan — to your original payment method.
- Monthly plan: your most recent (first) monthly charge, in full.
- Annual plan: the full annual amount, in full, when requested within the 14 days.
- The only thing we cannot return is any third-party fee outside our control (for example, a currency-conversion charge added by your bank). We refund what you paid us.
3. How to request a refund

Telling us why is optional — feedback helps us improve, but it is never a condition of your refund.
4. Fair use
The guarantee exists so you can genuinely evaluate GrandRanker — not to get unlimited work done for free. To keep it fair for everyone, a refund may be declined where:
- The account shows clear signs of full consumption of a billing period’s output before requesting (for example, publishing most or all of the month’s article allowance and then asking for the money back).
- Multiple accounts are created to claim the guarantee more than once.
- The registration details are false or the payment is fraudulent or charged back.
- The Terms of Service were breached in a way that led to suspension.
We apply this reasonably and in good faith — it is aimed at abuse, not at anyone who tried the product and decided it was not for them.
5. What happens to your account and content
When a refund is issued, your subscription ends and your GrandRanker access closes.
- You are welcome to export your drafts and data for your own records before access ends.
- Because a refund unwinds the purchase, any content that was published through GrandRanker under the paid subscription should be removed from your live properties within 14 days of the refund.
- We may retain minimal records of the transaction as required for accounting and legal purposes.
6. Your statutory rights come first
This guarantee is offered in addition to your rights under the consumer-protection laws of your country — such as EU and UK distance-selling and cancellation rules. Nothing here limits or replaces those rights. Where the law entitles you to more than this policy, the law applies.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a free trial?
There is no separate free trial — instead, your first 14 days act as one. You pay when you subscribe, and if GrandRanker is not right for you within those 14 days, you get a full refund. It is a try-before-you-commit window, backed by your money.
How long does the refund take to arrive?
We reply to every request within one business day. Once approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method and typically lands within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.
What happens after 14 days?
The money-back guarantee covers your first 14 days. After that, you can still cancel anytime from your dashboard to stop future billing, but past payments are non-refundable unless required by law.
I am on an annual plan — what gets refunded?
If you request within 14 days of your first annual payment, we refund the full annual amount. After day 14, an annual plan runs until the end of its paid term and is not pro-rated for unused months.
Does this affect my statutory rights?
No. This guarantee is offered on top of any rights you already have under consumer law in your country (for example, EU/UK distance-selling rules). If the law gives you more, the law wins.
What if I was charged by mistake?
Genuine billing errors — duplicate charges, being billed after a confirmed cancellation, or an incorrect amount — are always corrected, regardless of the 14-day window. Just email us.
